Check out the new site HERE

P.s. As you may or may not have noticed...our blog is back to and our site is at Sorry for any confusion!

Oil Control

YES we love the summer, but we sure do hate having the oily skin that comes with it! So here are a few of our personal favs that have helped us with facial oil control.

Kiehl's just recently launched a line of oil control products. Considering their reputation for being one of the best in the business, I wouldn't be surprised if it worked quite well and the price is affordable...surprisingly.
Price: $16-$24.50

I just started using Origins Zero Oil products and I have to say I'm pretty satisfied. It gets the job done and after hopping off the Clinique bandwagon, I feel like I am finally getting my moneys worth.
Price Range: $12-$25

Shiseido's Pureness oil control line has gotten rave reviews for years. And now Genevia has joined the pack because she is simply in love with the products she just bought. A definite come up from Neutrogena and its worth the price tag!
Price Range: $18-$33

Hope this helps!

We left our hearts in New York last weekend! And really, that is all... lol
Totally kidding, but last Friday I took a bus ride (Megabus) to Philly to get away from the DMV. Sade and I cooked a late night dinner per usual and one of our guy friends stopped by, so we all just acted like complete fools until the wee hours of the morning.
And then Saturday rolled through.
We drove down to New York for our friend's cookout in Harlem (two hour drive), but why not? We're too young to NOT live a little, right?  It was a good time. Something like another alumni reunion, which I can actually do without at this point (over it). But it was still great to laugh and reminisce about our college days.
Afterwards, we met our girlfriends for dinner (Red Rooster in Harlem) and dancing (Marquee in Chelsea).  FUN!
Now, for the drive back to Philly: wellllll, I kind of swerved out of my lane and Sade had to take over the wheel :-/
Driving when I'm sleepy was never my forte... idk what else to say about this. LOL
But aren't you glad we didn't die???

Money Green

I saw Transformers 3 in IMAX last Sunday and it was EVERYTHING I needed.  Shia LeBeouf, Shia LeBeouf and Shia LeBeouf!  Oh, and of course, action packed, humorous, dramatic, romantic, yadi yadi yah!
Did I mention SHIA LEBEOUF?
*drools at the thought of him*
He is all kinds of sexy...whewwwww.
Ok. If you couldn't tell by my raving reviews already, I will spell it out. THE MOVIE WAS GREAT!  A bit long, but well worth it, especially in IMAX (way cool).  I suggest everyone go watch it, even if you've never been a fan.
I decided to look girly and flirty that day:

dress: Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent
belt: Kenneth Cole
shoes: random store in London

Hasta Luego!
P.S. the weekend is almost here!
*does salsa*
